Clouds darkened the skies at red wire Arena as 3377 spectators turned up
for the match. wire tactics involved an interesting 4-4-2 combination.
Lineup: Humaid - Papilaya, Haeruddin, Matulessy, Chan - Supriadi,
Pincawan, Tamani, Hull - Gersang, Indarto.
Pasar decided to use a 4-4-2 set up. Lineup: Suwondo - Dharmadji, Dian,
Hutahean, Kristiawan - Gani, Rungkat, Kusnan, Pane - Sahdan, Malaiholo.
It seemed as though Pasar considered the game won before even taking the
field, which resulted in a very uninspired start to the game. Pasar's
counterattacks were lethal to the opposing defence, allowing Hadi Sahdan
to score easily from the right flank for 0 - 1. Pasar had to make a
substitution in the 24:th minute. Hadi Sahdan limped off the field and
was replaced by Jendri Tri. 0 - 1 was the halftime score. Pasar held the
ball, with a clear 62 percent of possession.
With clinical precision, the cross pass from winger Noah Hull found its
way to Angga Supriadi's head, and a screaming header gave wire the 1 - 1
goal. Reagan Gani gave the visitors the lead in the 49:th minute with 1
- 2. The goal was scored from the penalty spot after a handball call in
the penalty area. Amien Papilaya's lack of experience almost gave Pasar
a goal in the 50:th minute, but the shot went right into the keeper's
arms. In the 63:th minute, Pasar's Adji Dharmadji received a yellow card
for going into a challenge studs first. Pasar's Jendri Tri left the
field after 67 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His
replacement was Syiful Bahroji. Pasar enjoyed most of the ball, as they
maintained 80 percent of possession.
Most important wire player was Yance Gersang. However, Ponaryo Pincawan
made a disastrous appearance. Pasar's best player was Yulianto Dian.
Novaldy Rungkat turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends
1 - 2.
